The Essence of ME!

I'm linking up today with Moments that Define Life's Listable Life.  The list for this week is 5 Photos that Reflect the Essence of “You”.  I decided to go back into the archives for this one...these are all snapshots I've taken over the years.  It was seriously fun looking back at all of these!  I really have to print them or put them into a photobook...they're just sitting on my external hard drive wasting away.  Anyways, without further ado, here's 5 photos that reflect the essence of MOI!

#5: Me and my little bro (he's O's hubby over on Onna Wanna Deal!)...this was taken at my parents' 30th wedding anniversary party.  I like taking MySpace-style self-portraits, clearly.  And I want to capture for eternity how clean my teeth were on that day.  Duh.

#4: My mister buddy man, Harvey.  He was the world's best kitty.  I still can't believe he let me squeeze him into this little cat Cowboy's jersey!  I think he looked adorable.  He wasn't amused.  Miss this kitty every single day.

#3: Me and S.  This is one of the first pictures taken of the two of us, before I moved to the big city.  It was on my brother's (see above) cell phone, believe it or not, back in the day before cell phones had decent cameras.  Still one of my favs--me being ridiculous, and S looking on as if to say, "Hmmm, maybe I should rethink this relationship..."  Guess what, buddy--you're stuck with me, now!  For better or worse, muahaha!

#2: Honeymooning in Santorini, Greece.  The best vacation I've ever been on, hands down.  Would go back there in a heartbeat!  I love how tan and relaxed we both look here.

#1: Me and E.  This is one of my favorite pictures of the two of us (duh, it's all over this blog!).  I love how she's playing with my necklace, something she always does, and how the light is highlighting our hair.  Pretty!

So, the essence of me!  I'm a crazy-face-making, Dallas-Cowboys-loving, need-a-vacation-right-now kind of girl, who's blessed with the world's cutest baby and world's best husband.
